External wall dimensions (without roof): 1600mm (L) x 735mm (W) x 820mm (H). Roof dimensions: 900mm (W) x 1700mm (L)

Roof Dimensions: 900mm (W) x 1700mm (L). A flat removable roof extends beyond the walls to prevent rain from entering the house. The textured side of the plywood is facing upwards to provide grip to dogs who wish to jump up to sunbath or monitor their surroundings. As the roof is removable, it allows for quick and easy access to the interior - ideal for changing the bedding, cleaning or checking in on your pup.

The walls, roof and floor of these houses are fully insulated. 50mm of 'Finnfoam' is sandwiched between two pieces of 9mm film coated birch plywood, making the wall thickness 68mm.

Film coated birch plywood inside and out makes the surfaces liquid and grease resistant which reduces odour and makes cleaning hassle free.

Internal dimensions: Each side is 705mm (L) x 600mm (W) x 580mm (H) Volume: 0.245m3. These dimensions have been tested and approved by a tall 35kg Alaskan Husky. *Customised solutions available for larger dog breeds / to comply with regional rules and regulations which require a larger resting space to allow room for the dog to stretch out.

Middle wall is easy to remove.

The wall elements surround the floor frame which further prevents moisture from entering the house from below. The base, walls and roof are easy to disassemble and reassemble if required.

The door opening is 250mm(W) x 300mm(H).

The door frame protrudes 95mm externally to provide wind & splash protection and 48mm internally to reduce the amount of bedding from being dragged out and prevent doggy DIY. Including the wall element, the entry tunnel is 211mm long.

Plywood and framing is sourced locally and produced sustainably in the EU.

Finnfoam insulation is used in the walls, floor and roof elements for its mould and moisture resistance. Finnfoam isn't messy to work with and is much easier to cut with precision than Styrofoam, which sometimes leaves gaps in the insulation and 'snows' everywhere which could have an impact on the environment.
